Returns If you are unhappy with any of the print products you receive from us we will be happy to replace it free of charge within 7 days of you receiving the product. Please email or write to us first to obtain a returns reference number. You must take reasonable care of the product and the product must be returned to us before we are able to replace it. Our returns process:
- email or write to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will issue you a returns reference number.
- You return the product to us.
- We receive the product and send you a new one.
