If you are unhappy with any of the printed products you receive from us we will be happy to replace it free of charge within 7 days of you receiving the product. Please email or write to us first to obtain a returns reference number. You must take reasonable care of the product and the product must be returned to us before we are able to replace it.
Our returns process:
- email or write to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will issue you a returns reference number.
- You return the product to us.
- We receive the product and send you a new one.

Because all of our products are custom made for you they are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period. This means that you cannot cancel an order for any product after the order has been placed and production has started.
In the unlikely event that your problem cannot be resolved we will offer you a refund less any card processing fees.
Digital files cannot be returned and refunds cannot be given on these products. If a digital file is defective or corrupt on receipt, please let us know and we will resend the file to you.
