All images are owned by the person who takes the photo and they own the copyright automatically as soon as the shutter clicks. So in the case of images taken by mhphotos, we own the copyright.
When you buy a print or digital file you are purchasing a copy of our original file, which we own. Your ‘licence’ is for a single copy for personal use. You are not allowed to copy, modify, sell, or transfer ownership of the print or digital file to anyone else. Also, the images cannot be used commercially by anyone or any business.
Digital Images
We email a link for you to download your digital images during our normal office hours, which are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Digital images are usually sent within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, check your Junk and Spam folders.
If you want your image for Social Media only, then you should chose the instant download image. Our system sends the image straight to your email account as soon as you’ve placed your order. These images are low resolution and are not suitable for printing.
If you can’t find the image in your email, check your Junk folder as it may have gone there.
All of our prints come with the option to add a Social media sized file, which you can download straight away.

Print Orders
We aim to get your prints to you as soon as possible. Usually this is within a few days, but at busy times and holidays this can be up to 3 weeks.
We supply all of our prints unmounted. This keeps the postage costs down and ensures we can supply your prints at the best prices.
All of our prints come with the option to add a Social media sized file, which you can download straight away.
